I purchased the flash drive U3 for data storage only. I was going to delete the programs that came with the device (like I always do) but I thought I would check out the Email backup program and I was hooked! I keep all of my email for my business because I regularly need to reference items and attachments during the day. Very often I am away from my office or even out of the state or city and I find that I must have access to my email and contacts. I had been using a remote “connect to my PC” program but this has always presented a headache and is much more complicated than is necessary. U3 and Dmailer have opened up a whole new level of computer access for me. This is what I have been looking for and I didn’t even know it. I can’t imagine doing business without my Dmailer in my pocket. Being able to access my contact and email at any location and having that information safe and secure at all times has allowed me to relax. If you have a laptop you might be thinking that you do not need this product, think again. If your laptop is damaged and you cannot get to your contacts and calendar, what good is it? However, by having this flash drive inserted into your laptop (and you do anyway to move data back and forth) you always have your data protected and ready to go. This is truly the best, easiest and most reliable backup program I have ever seen for my email data, EVER. Hands down, this small program is just as amazing as the Outlook program itself. I can’t believe Microsoft didn’t incorporate this feature into its program to be used with any flash drive, what an oversight on their part. In my opinion, if you shell out the money to purchase Outlook, you would be foolish to not pay an extra $19.95 and get the flash drive with the Dmailer software on it. Every now-and-then, I come across programs that just pilot themselves into a software necessity and this program has joined the ranks of such “can’t live without” products. Thank you for offering such a fine product. You people have ROCKED on this program and I for one, Thank you for allowing me to share!

…I noticed how convenient it is to have my messages saved and to be able to work from someone else’s PC as if it is my own machine. I have two personal experiences where the Dmailer Sync Plus saved my day.  In my company we travel frequently to Latin America and Europe. Last year I got a new laptop and my data had to be transferred from my old desktop PC. I thought that the pst file, which holds the Outlook data, was backed regularly by the IT department. To my surprise when the data was moved to my new laptop everything was there except my messages. But Dmailer came to the rescue, just before they started the process I backed up my data so that all I have to do was to put my flash card into another PC and send the messages to my new laptop. It took several hours to transfer all but it was nothing as to losing everything.   I normally carry my laptop during my trips but I use the Dmailer Sync Plus as a backup protection before I live the office.  Last year my laptop got damaged just before an important trip to Switzerland and I had to take the shared laptop from our department. That computer was not my own and all my information was inside my damaged PC. The good thing was that I had backed up my data onto my flash card and when I arrived to my destination I was working with this borrowed laptop as if it was my own. Everything I needed was there. Thank you Dmailer you saved my day (trip)!!!
